Can I customize the design of a product?

Currently, we offer pre-designed cricket-themed products. Customization options may be explored in the future.

I like the design, but i want it on a different product (or color), what do i do?

I wish to add more products in my order, is it possible?

No, it is not possible once you have placed the order. If you wish to purchase another product, you can place another order.

How do I know the sizing for clothing items?

Refer to our size chart for accurate measurements. If unsure, contact our customer support for assistance.

Where can I see the Size Chart?

The size chart is available in the product page, under the given Size options.

Are there any Product Care instructions to follow?

Product Care Instructions are mentioned in the Product Description for the specific Product.

If I have any issues with the product delivered, what should I do?

Why can’t I see cash on delivery option?

We currently don’t offer Cash On Delivery.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation Email soon after you place the order.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Try paying with a different method, otherwise Contact Us anytime for our assistance.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, go to our Contact Us page and send us an email (or fill the contact form) with the subject "Cancel Order". Mention the Order number and the reason for cancellation. Our customer support team will get back to you in no time and will immediately cancel your order.

Is there an option to Gift Wrap my order or to include a Custom Message?

Yes, we do provide Gift Wrapping and Custom Message options for an extra charge. Contact Us immediately after placing the order (with your message) for the same. Mention the order number too.

Are there any offers going on?

All ongoing offers will be showcased on our Home Page or on our Social Media. Subscribed Customers will receive Emails on new offers. To stay up to date on our upcoming offers, follow our Social Media Accounts.

My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.

Once we receive your returned item, our team diligently reviews and processes your refund. The timeframe for your refund to reflect may vary but rest assured, we work efficiently to complete the process.

I have requested a Refund, when will my order get picked up?

It could take 2-5 days once your request for a refund is accepted.

How many days do i have to request for a refund?
